Our mission is to make your build process as simple and enjoyable as possible. To do this, we employ a robust and experienced team with a strong commitment to excellence and quality.
Paul Lubbelinkhof – Paul started in the building industry almost 40 years ago; working with foundations and concrete. He eventually moved into framing and finishing carpentry. This career path has provided Paul with a wealth of knowledge and experience that allows him to provide educated opinions and suggestions to his customers in all aspects of their building project. Paul took on ownership of Cedarland Homes in 2003; taking over from his father who ran the company for 25 years.
Greg Lubbelinkhof – Greg has been part of the family business since 2003 and is now a 3rd generation owner at Cedarland Homes. You will typically find Greg in the office overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business. Greg’s experience in building, design, project management and sales allows him to have a broad and unique perspective within the business which he uses to improve the overall experience for our clients.
Paige Lubbelinkhof – Paige currently oversees our office teams. With a background in management and healthcare she provides an experienced voice in health and safety oversight and the policies and procedures of the business. In addition to these key tasks Paige works alongside Greg in the daily operation of the business, wearing multiple hats, with whatever needs to be done that day.
Scot Kerek – Scot’s primary role is in sales as our Building Consultant. He is often the first person you meet when you start planning your new home, and will help with all your questions during the initial process. Scot is a certified Engineering Technologist and has over 30 years of experience in executive roles in the high technology field, including the design of some of the most desired SMART HOMES in Canada.
Derek McLeod – Derek joined Cedarland Homes in 2018 and is one of our Project Managers. Electrician by trade, Derek brings not only years of experience on the job site, but a solid understanding of project management. His knowledge and experience are utilized to help us maintain quality and efficiency on each of our projects.
Jon Briggs – Jon has been a versatile part of the Cedarland Homes team since 2008. He is one of our Project Coordinators and diligently oversees job sites regularly to help us maintain quality and efficiency on each of our projects. He brings a high level of expertise and passion for the job to every project he oversees.
Amanda Saunders – Amanda oversees our design team and is a graduate of the Interior Design program at Georgian College. Amanda works with many of our clients on the initial design changes and then follows through the process to make sure everything is completed as the client has requested. You will see Amanda on site for design meetings and consultations with clients.
Brenna Mitchell – Brenna joined the Cedarland Homes design team in 2019. An Interior Design graduate from Georgian College, Brenna works primarily through the beginning stages of new home or cottage builds. Brenna specializes in designing a layout that will suit your needs and preferred style. Beyond that, you will find her involved in every stage of each project as needed; providing assistance with selections and other design elements throughout your build.
Kat Warwick – Kat joined the Cedarland Homes design team in 2021. An Interior Design graduate from Georgian College, Kat has years of experience in design for custom kitchen and bathroom suppliers which has expanded her knowledge on design and product selections. Kat works primarily with our clients in designing kitchens and bathrooms as well as assisting with finishes selections. Kat specializes in ensuring all elements of your build come together as a cohesive, unified space.
Brook Sonnenburg – Brook joined our design team in 2022. She is a graduate of the Interior Design program at Yorkville University. Brook works primarily in the beginning stages of the build process and assists clients in the selection of various finish materials for their builds. These can include flooring, trim, cabinetry, color palettes and more. Brook’s keen eye for detail makes her a valuable part of your build process!
Stefanie Lajambe – Stefanie joined the Cedarland accounting team in 2019. She oversees the accounts payable department; working closely with team members and vendors to ensure accurate and air tight financials. Her attention to detail and friendly nature have made her an asset to our team and your build process.
Isaac Golle – Isaac first joined the Cedarland team in 2016 as a carpenter’s helper. He spent a number of years working in various crews on Cedarland job sites; adding his skills primarily to the finishing stages of our builds. In April 2020, Isaac began managing the design and deployment of our marketing strategies. He also took on the role of managing and developing our technical assets such as drone photogrammetry and 3D mapping. Isaac is passionate about presenting the Cedarland Homes product as it is: excellent, innovative, and personal.
