Founded in 1979, Cedarland has grown from a small family-run builder into a fully integrated custom home company with a skilled team of designers, project managers, site supervisors, and tradespeople.
Now in its third generation of family ownership, Cedarland Homes combines decades of experience with modern building practices, clear processes, and a collaborative team approach. While the company has evolved significantly over the years, the trust our clients place in us—and the referrals that continue to come from past customers—remain the truest measure of our success.
