At Cedarland Homes Ltd. we want to be known for more than just the homes we build. Our mission is to be known as the innovative builder that provides the customer an enjoyable and exemplary building experience on time and on budget; a family owned company committed to community betterment that has built a team of empowered and exceptionally skilled individuals who are devoted to excellence, honesty and integrity.
Our Legacy
With numerous awards and a strong reputation in the industry, Cedarland Homes is a growing and thriving business. But our legacy – born from hard work, honesty and a devotion to quality – is built on very humble beginnings.
In 1979 Richard Lubbelinkhof – an experienced stonemason – purchased Cedarland Homes. As a small business Richard built over 350 homes and cottages over 25 years before retiring.
In 2004, Richard’s son, Paul took the reins and has carried on the reputation of hard work, honesty, and quality. These key elements along with Paul’s leadership have seen Cedarland Homes grow significantly over the years.
Working alongside Paul since 2004 is his son, Greg, who is now a 3rd generation owner at Cedarland Homes. Together Paul and Greg are leading the business into an exciting future. Having grown from only 3 staff in 2004 to now employing an entire team of designers, project managers, site supervisors, and onsite crews the future is very bright for Cedarland Homes.
The legacy of Cedarland Homes goes beyond just the story of 3 generations building beautiful homes and cottages. Our legacy is about the customers who have put their trust in Cedarland Homes, and who continue to refer family and friends to us each year. These relationships are a testament to our hard work, honesty, and quality of workmanship that we aim to continue.
