As the Painting Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our projects meet the high-quality aesthetic standards our clients expect. You will lead a crew on-site, managing both interior and exterior finishes for luxury custom builds and cottages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting, including drywall taping, mudding,
  sanding, patching, and priming.

• Repair and finish drywall surfaces to a smooth, paint-ready finish.

• Apply paints, stains, and protective coatings to both interior and exterior surfaces using
  brushes, rollers, or sprayers.

• Identify surface imperfections and perform necessary repairs to ensure a high-quality
  finish.

• Match colours and maintain consistency in texture and finish across all surfaces.

• Protect work areas and adjacent surfaces using drop cloths, masking tape, and plastic
  sheeting.

• Ensure proper surface preparation for both interior and exterior painting.

• Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with safety regulations and company
  standards.

• Lead team members to ensure the project is completed efficiently and on schedule.

• Maintain painting and drywall tools and equipment in good working condition.

• Accurately estimate materials needed and report progress to supervisors.
