A Letter from Our Vice President
To Our Valued Customers, Clients, and Partners,
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ontario government has declared a state of emergency and set out some recommendations for the general public. At Cedarland Homes, we will be following the advice of our public health experts by taking actions to protect the health and safety of our staff, clients, partners, and the general public.
As a construction company with little exposure to public areas, we are considered to be low risk, and as such we will be continuing to operate our teams at Cedarland job sites on a day to day basis. As a precautionary measure we are asking our clients to limit their visits to job sites. If you do plan to attend your site we ask that you give us notice of your visit so that we can relocate our staff to another site for a few days.
In the office, both design staff and myself will be available by telephone, email and in person meetings if necessary. We are also now equipped for internet video conference capabilities. We have encouraged our staff to follow the guidelines set out by the World Health Organization (wash hands regularly, stay home if you are ill or have been travelling, limit social gatherings, cover coughs and sneezes, and wear masks when in enclosed public spaces). We will be continuing to update the client portal and photos as often as possible.
We will be re-evaluating regularly and will let you know with as much notice as possible should any of these plans and guidelines change.
Thank you for your continued commitment to our business and to the safety of those around us.
– Greg Lubbelinkhof, VP
