Now that we have been enjoying our new cottage for a year, Geoff and I continue to be incredibly happy with the work provided by yourself and the team at Cedarland Homes.
You and your team provided an unparalleled level of professionalism and experience which made the building process a truly pleasant one. Despite bad weather and some topographical issues the project remained on time and on budget, there were no surprises which in itself was a huge surprise. Cedarland builds a great quality product and makes sure that all the details are completed and as importantly, finished to our liking.
As we live in Toronto we were very concerned that we would be spending every weekend on site and every week responding to endless questions but this was simply not the case. All the details were covered up front and the contract clearly spelled out the process, costs and timing which allowed us to be as involved as we chose to be. The team was very good at keeping the lines of communication open if we had any changes as well as giving us appropriate timelines to follow in order to decide on all of the finishing.
Thank you for providing us a truly joyful experience and a final product which fulfills all of our expectations, I am still in awe every time I walk in the door!
